Requirements:
Must have:
- At-least 5 years of experience as a Java / J2EE Developer
- 1 project experience in Grails (Groovy on Grails)
- Experience in Spring Framework
- Experience in Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Experience in Markup Language XML and JAXB
- Knowledge in Database (MySQL)
Nice to have:
- 1 project experience in Hibernate[Highly Desirable]
- Experience in Maven realease tool
- Experience in Distributed version control system (GIT)
- Experience in IntelliJ IDEA (IDE for Java and Grails development)
- Experience in JUnit
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of Product Manager, Functional Experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Design, Develop, Test and Commission changes to a Java/Rails based system
- Development will happen in Manila, Following development, you may be required to travel to Hamburg, Germany for further development, training or support purposes
- For starters you will work by German time (-6 hrs). After you get used to the team and devolopment enviroment overlapping working time with the Team in Germany can be reduced.
