Job Description:
- Ability to develop and deliver Java new stack solution with quality per the functional requirements provided
- Strong motivation to work on complex technical projects Analyze, Design, Code and Test Java new stack software solutions
- Analyze and Translate use cases or high level design documents into functionally working software
- Interface with Lead Developer , Application managers, functional analyst and other internal clients to determine project requirements
- Expertize in design, coding & implementations of complex online solutions.
- Responsible for production support monitoring activities. Plans and tracks implementation of issue and problem resolution
- Provide a technical implementation of the data model catering to business and technology needs
- Expertize in task planning, reporting status and deliver assignments in a timely fashion
- Provides solution planning and estimation of programs and project work assigned
- Produces delivery with respect to metrics at expected quality levels
- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed, global teams
- Maintain/support documentation for the software produced
Profile:
- Strong in Java technologies like Java/J2EE, Primefaces, EJB, JSF 2.0, JPA, JavaScript, PL/SQL
- Experience in doing 'impact analysis' and 'work volume estimation' for wrok allocated
- Ability to complete the programs/ work allocated on time with Quality
- SOAP webservices, HTML, Jquery, primefaces
- Desire to learn and eagerness to takeup challenging assignments.
- Ability to develop complex solutions, while being part of high potential knowledge experts through focussed self-drive and motivation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
