Software Development Manager @ 
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering innovative, highly scalable and high performing products and components using latest and cutting edge technologies.
We are looking for someone with following that enable one’s success in this role:
● 7+ years experience in software products development.
● Prior experience as a team lead/development manager with project planning and task allocation responsibility.
● Strong programming experience in languages such as Java particularly with Web Services, Servlets and Spring.
● Good awareness of software engineering aspects and processes.
● Experience with agile methodology is desired.
● Strong Knowledge of SQL.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Quick learner with passion for learning new things and solving challenging problems.
● Prior experience in hiring and team building.
● Ability to mentor juniors, establish and sustain high quality standards and good programming practices.
● Should have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent preferably from a top school.
