• Minimum of 2 - 6 years of total IT Industry experience.
• Experience in any one of the languages C#, VB.NET, F#, Ruby: min 2 years.
• Hands on experience with ASP.NET MVC & Web API or Ruby on Rails.
• Hands on experience with any one of the Javascript frameworks: JQuery, Angular, Backbone, Knockout, Ember, Manhattan etc. 
• Knowledge in writing unit tests in any preferred language with any mocking framework – C#, VB.NET, Ruby.
• Knowledge of application packaging and deployment is an added advantage.
• Should have strong written & oral skills – ideally demonstrable from blog contributions.
• Should be able to demonstrate the ability to explain a technical topic to non-technical person.
• Should have demonstrable problem solving skills.
