• 5+ years of experience with Java / J2EE application development / support.
•  Experience with J2EE frameworks: Struts, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, JQuery, Ajax, and JavaScript.
•  Need to have in-depth knowledge / experience of Junit, jQuery and Web Services.
•  Advanced understanding of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns and UML.
•  Solid experience in design, coding, unit testing and debugging.
•  Strong knowledge / experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
•  Experience working on Weblogic and Tomcat Servers.
•  Experience using a common source code control tool, especially SVN (Tortoise SVN / Subversion).
•  Familiarity with common server operating systems, especially Linux and Windows.
•  Should be acquaint with one or more of the following: Eclipse, Rational Application Developer.
•  Experience and a strong desire to work within an Agile development methodology (Scrum).
